INOVANCE MD800 MD810 Series MultiDrives

INOVANCE MD800 1ph 200 V and 3 ph 400 V supply, Drive ratings: 200 W to 7.5 kW, from 1 to 8 drives each set.

Seperated rectifier and drive modular design, coupling is never easier. Ideal for DC sharing, load sharing, reduce cost on comms modules, sequential motions.

UpStream

One set of power quality, EMC filter, switchgear, comms module for up to 8 drives. Huge saving for multiple drives.

DownStream

MultiDrives allow individual motor control, protection and SIL3 STO, maximizing performance, efficiency and protection for applications with multiple motors. 150m shielded motor cable permitted each motor, with space saving in MCC.

Maintenance

Easy programming, maintainence and servicing with click-in and click-out design on inverter modules, hardwire terminals are now connectors. No wiring required when replacing drives.

Better than one drive driving multiple motors, each inverter module can handle 150m shielded cable length, each motor is controlled indenpendently, and protected with full VSD protections (torque, current, thermal, etc).

Better than multiple separate VSDs, it saves space in cabinet, allows DC sharing, and centralized recitifier allows centralized management on power quality, if THDi<5% or EMC C2 rating are the requirement, with each MultiDrive system, only one set of filter if needed.
