Hot Redundancy Solution

During normal operation, one master VSD and two slave VSDs are inlcuded in the design, with the master inverter solely for M/S control (It can be the smallest frame). Using fiber optic communication to facilitate synchronized control between the two slave units to jointly drive the motor, each inverter driving 50% of the power to maintain load balance.

In the event of a failure in one slave inverter, it will automatically disengage its output contactor to isolate itself, while the remaining slave VSD continues operation, providing its 100% power. This transition occurs seamlessly, avoiding significant current fluctuations or mechanical shocks.

AC 3PH 380-440V 1.5KW ~ 500KW Heavy duty (HD), parallel to achieve 4MW 

Light load (Variable Torque): overload capacity is 120% of the rated output current for 60 seconds. 

Heavy load (Constant Torque): overload capacity is 150% of the rated output current for 60 seconds. 

EMC C3

The built-in C3 filter (30m) is standard for requirement meeting, while the optional external EMI filter can be selected to meet C2 class requirements.

Built-in braking unit

Built-in braking unit integrated up to 37KW(Heavy duty), optional for models above, reducing the need for external braking devices, lowering costs, and simplifying system complexity
